This version brings a redesigned profile screen which was long overdue. It's now much more consistent with the rest of the app. It also gives us plenty of room to add new functionality in the near future.

If, for some reason, you want to log out from the app, please note that the logout button is no longer in the Settings section but has been moved to the new profile screen.

Besides the new profile, we've also added some minor features to chatbots to keep them in line with the dashboard.

Do you send files or images to your visitors? Now you can use the system share feature to send them from every app that supports sharing. You don't even have to open the Smartsupp app.

If you're not a fan of sharing, you still may like that banners inside the app no longer cover important conversations.

We've tweaked the app under the hood to make it even easier to work with. One of the changes you may notice is the rearranged order of shortcuts. In Smarthub, you may notice that every statistic shows a trend.

For a few years, you were used to seeing a notification in the Notification Center that indicated that the communication is ensured. This is no longer necessary, so don't be scared when it disappears after an update. All your notifications will continue to work as before.
