- By recording your worries, you can discover your own patterns of when and how you experience anxiety.

- Address your identified anxiety patterns by targeting the three elements of anxiety: body, thought, and behavior.
- Relax your whole body: Relax tense muscles through Progressive Muscle Relaxation.
- Find thought traps: Shake off anxiety-provoking thoughts through Cognitive Restructuring.
- Face your anxiety: Confront anxiety and build resilience through Exposure Therapy.
Daily 1-minute theory learning
- We conduct sessions divided into four chapters. Learn about anxiety systematically with cute characters.
