For over 8 years we have been doing healthy eating and smart fitness courses. The programs available in the application are aimed at losing weight, improving the quality of life, and improving health. We help you to come to a healthy lifestyle in the shortest possible way, but without violence against yourself, hard diets and exhausting workouts.
We do comprehensive courses that include:
- online video training from 10 to 60 minutes a day: do it where and when it is convenient;

In each program: workouts from several times a week to twice a day with a full video from warm-up to stretching, nutritional recommendations, tasks that will lead you to your goal. In courses with a curator - personal advice from an experienced mentor, assistance in overcoming difficulties and adaptation of the course to your goals and characteristics.

- For pregnant women - the course will help to keep fit and improve health during pregnancy. The program was compiled in cooperation with an obstetrician-gynecologist and is suitable for women from the 12th week of pregnancy.

Curator and chat
Courses are available in two formats: curated and unsupervised.
The curator will take you by the hand through the entire course, adapt it to your needs and suggest how to adjust the program based on the goal and starting point.
If you choose this format, a chat with mentors and other students of the course is available. According to research, the support of the environment has a positive effect on the result of weight loss, so we give the opportunity to communicate with like-minded people, discuss course assignments, and analyze various situations and topics.
Unsupervised courses involve independent work. Suitable for more experienced students who have come to the courses again, or those who are used to working alone and do not need a mentor.
