■ Check your subscription information at a glance
· You can view your information, including this month's fee, remaining data amount, subscribed additional services, and remaining contract/installment, right on the app's first screen.
■ Move to frequently used menus with just one button
· You can quickly move to frequently used menus, such as checking/changing rate plans, sending and receiving data, and checking real-time rates, with shortcut buttons.
■ Check available benefits
· You can check in detail your U+ membership/rate plan/discount benefits as well as any benefits you may be missing.
■ Quick search
· You can quickly search for the menu/service you need with search word auto-completion and page shortcut functions.
■ Chatbot available for consultation 24 hours a day
· You can ask questions to the chatbot even late at night, on weekends, or on public holidays when it is difficult to connect to the customer service center.
■ U+Internet/IPTV, simple solution to mobile problems
· If a problem occurs while using U+ Internet/IPTV, you can easily take action and request a U+ Home Manager visit.
· If you are in an area/location where calls or data are frequently disconnected, you can apply for an on-site inspection.
※ U+ customers do not incur data charges while using the app.
However, if you move to another Internet page through the app, data charges may apply.
