New Modules & Enhanced Features
• Photo Parts Return (PPR): Ability to take and submit photos of parts when requested from GM Personnel rather than physically sending the part
• Replacement Parts Traceability (RPT): Ability to easily capture replacement part data and send to GM
• Recall Lookup: Ability to scan a VIN and view any open recalls on the vehicle
• VIN Scan Popup Validation: Ability to validate VIN was scanned correctly through an automatic popup notification
