We’ve enhanced the CSMT App experience with new features that will allow our users to do more in the app.
• New CSMT Support Module, where users will be able to do the following:
• Send Feedback on the application
• Escalate an application issue
• Visit the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) Page
• View Help Desk Information
• New method to submit a failed PRA via Email.
• Ability to request additional details on a PRA via Email.
