Using a dream journal or diary to track your dreams is one of the easiest ways to increase your dream recall. DreamWell has a beautifully designed dream journal that’s easy to use.
Lucid dream techniques
There are many techniques for having lucid dreams including WILD, MILD, SSILD, and mindful meditations. DreamWell has notifications to help you perform reality tests / state checks (asking yourself if you’re dreaming).
