The Movement IQ method combines the precision of functional strength training with the practice of mindfulness.
The experience allows people of all fitness levels to bulletproof their physical and spiritual foundation. Through careful attention to posture, breathe, and abdominal centering, we achieve a deeper connection to self, and the capacity to move in harmony with our bodies. Created by Ranah Farkhondeh, music industry professional turned holistic trainer and international movement expert.
Each class provides a strategically designed sequence of strength training exercises that build in intensity. From preparation through final push, a carefully curated playlist will move you through each workout’s unique journey.
Classes range from 15-60 minutes and target specific body parts or movement themes. Both weighted and bodyweight workouts are available.
