Just a few small tweaks this time, including removing an old, old achievement button in the GameScene options menu.

This is The Balancing Update. I've gotten recent feedback about the timing being too tight, so I've gone through and rebalanced (almost) every level in the game! The game should be much easier to physically play. Ka-chow!
PS: I also made the level-light-up effect more glittery, because, you know, why not.
