Do you know the factors that most influence your well-being and performance?
According to research by PSYT CTO Dr George MacKerron, work is the second most unhappy activity that we do (behind being ill in bed). Yet it’s the activity we spend most of our waking lives doing.
me@ is an employee well-being and engagement tool that can tell you what affects your mood and productivity — be it sleep, your exercise habits, your body’s circadian rhythms, or one of the many other variables that me@ measures.
By answering short, interesting surveys you'll learn about yourself while also giving anonymous feedback to your employer about your working life, so they can develop an environment and culture that’s beneficial for you.
How does it work?
At random times, me@ will alert you to answer a few questions about what’s going on in the here-and-now. This data is then fed back to you in personalised charts, giving you insights into your well-being and performance. The more surveys you respond to, the more charts you’ll unlock and the more insights you’ll receive.
Is it anonymous?
Yes. The data you send through me@ is sent securely and anonymously. Your employer only has access to group-level data and is not able to identify you personally.
How do I start?
You’ll need a login from an organisation that uses me@. Simply download the app to your device and enter the username and password that was given to you.
I don’t have a log-in!
Contact your manager and ask for the login details. If you’re not presently using me@ and you’d like to hear more about how it can benefit your organisation, drop us a line at
