ELKA – or “Employee Unified Personal Account” – is the entry point into the digital HR ecosystem of the VSK Insurance House company.

The ELKA application allows you to quickly access all HR processes taking place in the web version of the platform. Each employee of the company will have complete information on the processes of adaptation, training and development, involvement and efficiency.

The first version of the application includes:
- The main screen showing your metrics on HR processes and giving quick access to other company services.
- View a directory of administrative and functional structures of the company. You can call a colleague at the phone number indicated in his profile, write him an e-mail or a message in the messenger.
- Showcase of the “Documents” service. You can see all your electronic documents that are in progress.

The current version of the application is our first step towards creating a convenient space for interaction between employees and managers regarding HR processes.
