Description
The mobile application is a free addition to the 1C-Rarus: Cloud Ticket service.
With it, you do not need to buy a ticket office for every courier or taxi. It is enough to install it on a smartphone and connect it to the 1C-Rarus cloud box office.
The employee through the application receives a list of orders. After accepting payment, he generates a check in the application and transfers it to the cloud cash desk, from where the data goes to the OFD. In parallel, an additional check is generated in the form of a QR code, which the employee shows to the client.
The application manager helps:
Distribute orders between employees and monitor their implementation.
Field employee application allows you to:
Maintain a list of orders: contact details and customer address, content and cost of the order.
Edit and create orders: add products and services, search for them by name, article and price.
Accept payment by cash and card.
Make refunds.
Report at the end of the shift.
The application works together with the service “1C-Rarus: Cloud Ticket”.
