Samaritan allows partnered merchants/nonprofits to redeem contributions made from citygoers for beacon holders. This app enables partners to view the balance and photo of beacon holder, and charge the balance for a stated good or service.

When a Samaritan beacon holder visits, your device will receive a notification (or simply open the app when in proximity). You will be able to view their profile, and proceed through charging the beacon. A service description is required and is subject to review.
