Weight Club's new app makes it easy to record the calories you eat and how much you burn through exercise. We give you a menu suggestion you can follow and thousands of calorie-calculated recipes that can be used as inspiration in everyday life. Our service is based on the Health Directorate's dietary advice and has been developed in collaboration with experts in weight loss, nutrition and exercise since 2005.

To use the diary:
1. Touch the plus icons to register food or exercise.
2. Search for foods, recipes or activities.
3) When you finish recording food or activity, the diary will be updated and you will see how many calories you have left that day. The diary gives you a simple overview of everything you have logged and also allows you to keep track of developments over time.
