My Arthritis is an app created to help people living with arthritis self-manage their condition and improve their overall health and wellbeing.
This app has been developed by Ampersand Health, in collaboration with leading specialists at King’s College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust and the National Rheumatoid Arthritis Society (NRAS).
Through the My Arthritis app, you will be able to learn more about your condition through useful and engaging tools and resources, all of which will help you to stay on-top of your condition and live a happier, healthier life.

Expert-led Courses: Build better habits with arthritis specific courses relating to sleep, medication, wellbeing, physical activity and life in lockdown. Try single day activities or courses up to 28 days in length!
Personal health record: Maintain a record of your health, operations and tests to share with your clinical team.
Reminders for medications and appointments: Schedule notifications to keep on top of your care.
Newsfeed: Access trustworthy and relevant news relating to the arthritis community.
Library: Learn more about living with arthritis from NRAS (National Rheumatoid Arthritis Society) and more.
Message your hospital team: You can receive and send messages with your hospital team if your hospital is signed up! If your hospital is not yet signed up, let your clinical team know that you would like My Arthritis to be implemented in your hospital.
Link your Apple Health or Google Fit: You can choose to link your data from the Apple Health app or Google Fit to share with your clinical team for read-only access. This will help you develop insights into how your lifestyle impacts your condition.
Track your symptoms: Keep track of your symptoms and flares so that you can discover patterns in your health and habits. Doing so will help you to prolong periods of remission and reduce instances of relapse.
