Gahanna Direct, makes it easier for residents to request service and report non-emergency issues to the City of Gahanna. From reporting traffic signal malfunctions, potholes, downed trees, issued within Parks, residents can now alert the City when they see a problem with a few simple clicks from your mobile device. You can also send pictures, videos, specific descriptions and more – all valuable information needed to make sure that your concerns are addressed efficiently. A report will be sent directly to the appropriate city department, and you will receive real-time updates on the City’s progress in fixing the issue.
