Description
This application allows you to easily evaluate the posture adopted in office workplaces that use computer screens.
The ROSA method was developed in Canada by Michael Sonne, Dino L. Villalta and David M. Andrews. It contains recommendations and criteria on the posture adopted by the worker when using and interacting with some of the most common elements in an office workplace.
The ROSA methodology is analogous to other postural assessment methods, such as the RULA (Rapid Upper Limb Assessment) and REBA (Rapid Entire Body Assessment) methods. It is based on the observation of a certain posture that, through a set of tables and partial scores, allows obtaining a final score between 1 and 10 that is correlated with the discomfort of the worker.
