The app decrypts labels from over 500,000 foods and displays the Nutri-Score as well. Based on your metabolism, MyHealth helps you set your nutritional intake target according to your body's day-to-day needs. For long-term monitoring, you can find all your blood pressure and heart rate data on your dashboard. The app displays a colour-coded report for easy interpretation of your blood pressure from the European Society of Hypertension (2018).
