Controlling your rest time

Advanced training volume calculation system
We count the volume and the indicators of maximum repetition. We take into account the percentage of body weight for exercises with our own bodyweight! For one-handed exercises, we count the volume twice and take into account the 1RM index. (for example, pressing dumbbells on a bench, we count kilograms x2)
