In-App Troubleshooting: If you experience an issue with a device, you can diagnose it with the help of our new troubleshooter. Available for locks, thermostats and motion sensors.

Offline mode: Even if you lose your internet connection, you can navigate around the app and view important info like your access credentials.

Dark Mode: You can now toggle dark mode on or off directly from the app’s settings!

-We fixed a Stay Signed In bug! Occasionally, residents were being signed out of the app when they had both the Stay Signed In and the Biometrics authentication features enabled. You can now successfully enable both for the ultimate convenience.

You’ll also notice that a country code field has been added anywhere a phone number can be entered. This is to support SmartRent’s expansion to the UK.

-Fixed bug where some residents where unable to complete a guest code creation.
