The EMIAS.INFO application provides an appointment with doctors in Moscow city clinics and access to your electronic medical record.
Possibilities:
- make an appointment with a doctor, view/cancel/schedule appointments;
- registration with specialists in the areas;
- registration for laboratory tests as prescribed;
- viewing written prescriptions;
- automatic reminders about appointments;
- the ability to connect several compulsory medical insurance policies.

To view your medical card, you must obtain access to the card on the mos.ru portal.
To make an appointment with a doctor you must have:
1. Compulsory medical insurance policy registered in Moscow;
2. Attachment to any Moscow clinic.

===IMPORTANT===
The application connects to the EMIAS information system, receiving from it information about doctors’ schedules, your current appointments/referrals, and sends a request for a new appointment or transfer, so the application cannot influence the following situations:
• The EMIAS information system is unavailable or technical work is underway;
• There is no (disappeared) attachment to a specific clinic;
• The compulsory medical insurance policy is not available in the databases of the city compulsory medical insurance fund

If you are dissatisfied with the quality and availability of medical care at the clinic:
• the required doctor/specialty is missing;
• no time available for recording;
• the records made disappeared (canceled at the clinic);
• queues at clinics or long waits for appointments;
• poor quality service from doctors or receptionists;
