Google Play Store compliance update for targeting the correct Android version

This release contains a brand new Saint of the Day feature! Every day a different Saint will be featured within the app along with a unique illustration of the Saint, a prayer, and a biography of their life. We hope you enjoy learning more about the great Saints throughout history and connecting with them through prayer.

New prayers added - Litanies and the 7 Sorrows Rosary (thank you for the prayer suggestion Kingsley!). Also some fixes applied for the notifications.
