Use Oracle Health Immunization Management Cloud Service (HIMCS) Mobile when working in remote locations with unstable internet connections to record the administration of COVID-19 vaccines to patients.
With Oracle HIMCS Mobile on your Android phone or tablet, healthcare workers can create and review patient vaccination records online or offline after activating their device with the main Oracle Health Immunization Management system. Oracle HIMCS Mobile (available in English and French) securely stores all patient records when offline and automatically uploads them to the main system when online.
You cannot access patient vaccination records on Oracle HIMCS Mobile after they upload to the main Oracle Health Immunization Management system. However, you or your administrator can review uploaded records and make corrections in the main system if necessary.
Note: Your organization must use the main Oracle Health Immunization Management system (web application) to use Oracle HIMCS Mobile. To get started, create your Oracle HIMCS Mobile account and work with your administrator to add your Android device to the main system. Then, use Oracle HIMCS Mobile to get an access code and activate the device.
If you share a device with other healthcare workers, you can add additional accounts to Oracle HIMCS Mobile and edit or delete those accounts at any time. For example, if healthcare workers no longer use the device at a specific site, you can remove their accounts to ensure security.”
