The new Carrier Home app features a contemporary look and feel that allows homeowners to control their Infinity system remotely.

The app features an enhanced homeowner experience, improved functionality and increased connectivity performance between the mobile device and their Infinity home comfort system. In addition, homeowners will be able to learn more about the air quality around their home, including a snapshot of various pollutants levels and the Air Quality Index in the atmosphere near them.

We update the app regularly to introduce new features and enhancements and look forward to your feedback.

In this release, we resolved login and authentication issues, preventing users from being repeatedly logged out. We've upgraded our backend architecture to improve synchronization and response speed between devices and the app. Additionally, we introduced a "Biometric login" feature for phones with Facial or Fingerprint recognition technology, accessible by granting permissions within the app or through phone settings.
Note App doesn't access biometric data; please report issues promptly.
