Fixes an issue with HSV Maloo anti-roll bars, and TRD trucks not defaulting to truck suspension when selected. Shout out to Eugene and Stephen for reporting these bugs. Also reinstates rain tunes for Horizon and reduces ARBs slightly for off-road truck tunes.
