Accessible to everyone regardless of their means of contributing, the Prezens application is there to support the community so that meditation finds its place as a resource at the heart of our everyday lives. To make the practice possible and not restrictive, the majority of sessions offered last between 10 and 15 minutes.
This application is supervised by a high-level scientific committee to stay at the forefront of knowledge and research in neuroscience.
Variety and creativity
Prezens provides access to a short daily meditation (between 3 and 7 minutes) different each day to anchor yourself in the present moment and connect with what lives within you and around you.

Prezens invites you to discover inspiring places where meditations have been placed. It is also possible to create groups to support each other and discuss your practice.
