Affirmations are rightly often associated with Émile Coué. With his autosuggestions he developed a world-famous self-help method. The impressive successes achieved with this method quickly made autosuggestions a method that is still practiced worldwide today to dissolve entrenched thought patterns and beliefs and to continually improve mental and physical well-being in a simple way - without any outside help.
He had his patients recite his most famous affirmation, “Every day I feel better and better in every respect,” internally, preferably several times a day, up to 25 times. The fundamental principles of his approach are still valid today. Today we know that suggestions are most effective when used in a state of deep relaxation.

This app features 160 of the most popular and effective affirmations on 10 topics. In the beginning you should only start with a few affirmations. These should be applied several times a day if possible.
MUSIC & NATURE/SOUNDS
You can choose from 6 musics and 25 nature/sounds that support and deepen the relaxation and deep effect of the affirmations.
VOLUME
The volume of the voice, music and sounds can be adjusted individually or completely silenced.
REPITATIONS AND BREAK LENGTH
The number of repetitions can be set between 1-25 times. In addition, the pause lengths between affirmations can be set from 5-30 seconds.
8 PLAYLISTS
Up to 8 different playlists can be saved. In addition, the order of the affirmations can be adjusted as desired.
FALL ASLEEP / WITHDRAWAL
The affirmations can be used to help you fall asleep, relax and also first thing in the morning to recharge yourself with energy and positive energy and mood for the day.
TIMER FUNCTION
