1.36.1
We're launching a new way to receive notifications about disruptions or changes to services based on your AT Mobile app activity. This means you can continue to receive service alerts no matter whether you are using an AT HOP card or contactless payment method.
1.36.0
We're preparing the AT Mobile app for contactless payments!
By the end of 2024, you’ll have more ways to pay for AT buses, trains and ferries. You’ll be able to tag on and off with your contactless debit card, credit card, smartphone or smartwatch.
To pay with your smartphone or smartwatch, you'll need to use Apple Pay, Google Pay or Samsung Pay in the digital wallet of your smart device.

New features in Live Departures! You can now track your entire journey on Live Departures, including after your bus, train or ferry arrives at your stop. You can also see the upcoming stops for a trip in Live Departures as well as the estimated arrival time at your destination.

We've made some changes to Journey Planner to help you plan your Public Transport journeys more easily.
You can now save your Journey Planner settings so your refinements apply to every journey that you plan.
We've also increased the average walking speed from 4.0 km/h to 4.5km/h and updated the default maximum walking time to 20 minutes. You can change these at any time in your Journey Planner settings.

We're continuing to work hard to improve the AT Mobile app.
We've made it easier to top up your AT Hop card, making the map of AT HOP Top Up locations available without having to log into your MyAT account.
Our Journey Planner has been updated to support our fares changes from 1 July, including our new Child 5 to 12, Child 13 to 15, Youth 16 to 24 and Community Connect concessions.

We've made searching for key public transport locations (e.g. bus stations, train stations and ferry terminals) easier by prioritising these at the top of the search results list. We also now prioritise search results based on where you're looking on the map. If you move the map, the results will be based on the area of the map you are viewing.
We've also made it easier to subscribe for Service Alerts by adding a "Get Service Alerts" option to our main menu.
1.26.0
To help support with the impact of the Rail Network Rebuild, we’ve improved Live Departures to show information on alternative stops and bus services when we have long term train station closures. We’ve also made it easier to get walking directions to alternative stops as well as see real time information for those stops.
We've also made some behind the scenes changes to our Live Departures real time predictions, updating the logic we use to show real time predictions.

We've made searching for locations easier. Search results should now be more relevant to what you are searching and you should be able to find more locations. We've also added street addresses and icons to make it easier to find places of interest.
We've also improved how alerts for delays and cancellations are displayed to make sure you're only seeing alerts that affect your journey.

Better fare information.
We've made it easier to see the fare you'll pay when travelling with us, by adding the ability to select your fare type (Adult, Child, Secondary, Tertiary, SuperGold and Accessible).
You can select your default fare type in the "settings" menu as well as for an individual journey in the "refine" menu in Journey Planner.
Remember to use your AT Hop card when travelling with Auckland Transport as cash fares are not accepted on buses.

We’ve partnered with Cityhop, Mevo and Zilch to show the live location of shared cars in Auckland. Now you can easily find one that’s available near you and book it with the provider.
So how do you do it? Open AT Mobile and tap on the shared cars option on the Journey Planner or Live Departures map. Zoom in to see shared cars near you, tap on your chosen car, and book it with the provider.
In this release, we have extended our deep link capability and included bug fixes.
