* An issue was fixed on the To Dos page where multiple tasks for the same pet switched places in order

* An intermittent issue on the appointment request form where the date/time selection did not appear, which prevented users from submitting requests
* An issue causing boarding requests to replace the pick up date with the drop off date after they had been submitted.
* An issue causing the app to crash when opening provider search
