郵便組織の従業員またはメール配信タスクを実行する外部の担当者のいずれかがこのアプリを使用できます。

このアプリを使用すると、配信エージェントはログインし、現在作業している施設を選択して、割り当てられた配布通知リストを取得できます。次に、インターネット接続の有無にかかわらず、メール配信タスクを開始し、配信の登録とイベント配信の失敗の試行、およびシフト合計の管理を行うことができます。
