AO3 has lowered the bot restrictions, so this version should be working... for now. Thanks AO3 staff, keep going

- Search setting to not show works part of a series unless they're the first part
- Option to open new works on the first chapter or Informations page
- Auto-remove empty paragraphs when it's the usual AO3 formatting problem
