Mightierは、感情のコントロールに苦労している6歳から14歳のお子様をサポートします。癇癪、フラストレーション、不安を抱えるお子様、あるいはADHDなどの診断を受けているお子様も対象となります。

このプログラムは、ボストン小児病院とハーバード大学医学部の臨床医によって開発され、お子様が楽しく魅力的な方法で遊びを通して感情のコントロールを練習し、Mightierへと成長できるように設計されています。

プレイヤーは心拍数モニターを装着してゲームをプレイします。これにより、自分の感情を視覚化し、感情と直接繋がることができます。プレイ中、お子様は心拍数に反応します。心拍数が上がるとゲームは難しくなり、ゲームで報酬を得るために心拍数を下げる（一時停止する）練習をします。繰り返し練習や遊びを重ねることで、お子様が現実世界の課題に直面した際に、呼吸を整えたり、一息ついたり、練習したクールダウン戦略を自然に実行したりする「Mightier moments（マイティア・モーメント）」が生まれます。

プラットフォームには25以上のゲームと6つのワールドが用意されているので、お子様は決して飽きることはありません！

ギズモ
お子様の心拍数を視覚的に表示します。これにより、お子様は自分の感情を視覚的に確認し、感情と直接繋がることができます。ギズモは、お子様が極度のストレスにさらされた際に、感情をコントロールするスキルも教えてくれます。

ラバリング
大きな感情を表現したコレクション可能な生き物。お子様が楽しく新しい方法で、様々な感情と繋がるのに役立ちます。
