Everett is in a pure white cubic room with only a rocking chair.
He has no memory other than that he is a man named Everett.
The only visitor to the room is one person.
He knows that the person is a demon named Laplace.
While rocking in his rocking chair, Everett is forced to watch a mysterious film projected on the white wall over and over again.
The events at a pension on an isolated island.
In addition to the owner and employees of the inn, there are seven other guests -
a college student on his graduation trip, a freelance photographer,
a venture entrepreneur and his wife - all of which are peaceful scenes from everyday life.
But these images always end with a bloody tragedy.
