Description
An updated simulator for high-quality training on test tasks for the competition for the vacant position of civil servant category "A", "B", "B", approved by the order of the National Agency of Ukraine for Civil Service (with changes made by the order of the NADS) "List of test questions on knowledge of legislation with options for answers".
Application functions:
- testing on questions from all sections
- keeping statistics of training
- tracking the progress of mastering test tasks
- study of questions in groups of questions from the chapter
- separate study of questions in which a mistake was made, study of questions not yet passed
- repetition of studied questions
- adding questions to selected and separate study of selected questions
- work on errors after testing
Structural blocks for passing the civil service test:
I. Questions to test knowledge of the Constitution of Ukraine.
II. Questions for testing knowledge of the Law of Ukraine "On Civil Service".
III. Questions to test knowledge of the Law of Ukraine "On Prevention of Corruption".
IV. Questions for testing knowledge of special legislation:
- Law of Ukraine "On the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine";
- the Law of Ukraine "On Central Bodies of Executive Power";
- the Law of Ukraine "On Administrative Services";
- the Law of Ukraine "On Local State Administrations";
- the Law of Ukraine "On Appeals of Citizens";
- the Law of Ukraine "On Access to Public Information";
- the Law of Ukraine "On Principles of Prevention and Counteraction of Discrimination in Ukraine";
- the Law of Ukraine "On Ensuring Equal Rights and Opportunities of Women and Men";
- Convention on the rights of persons with disabilities;
- Budget Code of Ukraine;
- Tax Code of Ukraine.
The test tasks are compiled on the basis of the listed normative legal acts and are used for the official qualification test of the knowledge of candidates for the positions of civil servants of Ukraine. The test questions contain the required amount of information that a civil servant should know and are mandatory for all civil servants (civil servants of Ukraine) to complete as a test.
The state test was developed with the aim of providing an opportunity for quick and convenient preparation of interested persons for competitions for the positions of state authorities and local self-government.
